What do you do with a spare week?

I am following Hal Higdons Half Marathon training plan and are doing week 10 at the moment. I started 16 weeks before the race date in case I got sick or injured and I did get a chest infection which meant I used 3 of those weeks up. However the race is in 3 weeks time but I only have two more weeks left in my plan.

So I am looking for advice on what to do, should I repeat week 10 next week and then do week 11 and week 12, or should I do week 11 next week and then repeat it the following week. Any advice greatefully received

    LarMan

Looking at the intermediate plan theres not much difference between the two weeks, a tempo or an interval session is the big difference. Myself I would repeat week 10 and maybe add 5 mins onto the tempo and a mile onto the long run wouldn't do any harm either

    I admire your organisation.

I always seem to end up starting at week 4 or 5 of all these programs.

I was only going to start 12 weeks before the start of the race but someone wiser than me, thanks Krusty Klown, told me to build in some extra weeks. Anyway I will be repeating week 10 as I missed out on a 5 mile pace run at the weekend so no harm in doing that week again and then taper properly for weeks 11 and 12
