How to set water timer in apartment?

This may seem like a silly question but any help will be appreciated, I have moved into an apartment lately and can't figure out how to set the timer for hot water, ideally I'd like to have hot water from around 7.00 am - 8.30 am and maybe again in the evening between 8-9 (not pushed about the the eve once I can get morning to work). The timer is identical to this one with off/timer switch a circular switch for the booster (no idea what this is for) and the other with the summer/winter time setting. Any info/instructions greatly appreciated as to how set this!
