Where would one buy Non-alcoholic Kopperberg here in ireland ?

    Dublin / Kildare ?

I know i know just buy the proper version but i like the drink itself and would drink it regularly if it was cheap enough.

    thanks all.

I've moved on to Robinson's High Juice, but so far it seems to be a case of flagrant false advertising.

Stroll over to the brothers in Beer guts and receding hairlines

    They'll set you straight OP

But don't tell them about the non alcoholic cider or you won't leave alive

People always go on about this ignoring the medicinal benefits of Ribena Toothkind.

You could try IKEA - they used to sell 500ml cans of Koppaberg non-alcoholic apple in the food shop after the tills.
Last time I was there, about 4 months ago, they had an IKEA-labelled version instead but I'd guess that it's still the same.

So I looked in both the local tesco and dunnes. Both only had pear :(

    Tesco €1.74
    Dunnes €2.02

But dunnes had a special on the real kopperberg stuff with alcohol.

    4 tins for €6.49

Got mixed fruits and strawberry and lime and a giant bag of giant buttons for €1.08

Less than €15 for the lot !

There are plenty of non-drinkers in Ireland that enjoy the taste of the alcoholic drinks they used to drink but don't want the alcohol, for whatever reason.

It says a lot about the attitude to non-alcoholic beverages (and non-drinkers) that a simple request like this would immediately be belittled with the ribena and robinsons jokes. It's perfectly appropriate to seek non alcoholic alternatives, not everyone drinks to get drunk!

Edit: Cheers Biko, didn't realise it has been in AH. Explains the attitude! :)

OP, I have seen the na kopperberg in tesco, dunnes and O Briens, who have copped on to the na Market a lot more recently. Lots more options, and if you ask the staff for their na products, you'll often find them hiding in plain sight ;)

My local Tesco had Forest Fruits for the first time at the weekend. Quite nice. Pear is usually quite flat for a soft drink.
