Correcting calf registration data.

I use the online calf registration system. However, I just realised that I registered one calf as a male, when it is in fact female.
I have already received the card in the post.

How do I go about correcting this mistake, and getting a correct card for the animal?
I can't find any method on the online system.
Ringing the DVO office in Limerick, is a disaster. They put you on hold, for a month:(

They will have a correction form that you hand in with the card and they will issue a new card in a few days. It only takes a minute to fill if you are in the office or they can post it to you, if you can get through:(

You'll have to get used to being on hold then. You need to fill out form ER94(b) and as far as I know you can only get them from the DVO.

We should have a sticky thread with all the department forms here, as they are bloody impossible to find on their website, that's if they are even up there!
