A quick dig around online suggests they're Nigerians with a fake Seattle phone number, who have surfaced before with this number pulling the old computer purchase scam.
The fact that the company's name ends in Ltd (rather than LLC, as one would expect in America) should have given it away. That and the fact that they're seeking unqualified people to perform payment processing work.
The scam is they send you bogus cheques and then request you to forward the money (minus your fee) on to them. You bank the cheque, send them the money, then the cheque bounces. Old as the hills. Steer well clear.
