Wow - v similar to another ad !!!

Where are you based ? When could I have a look ? What height are you bit confused re sizing ?

    Thanks !

Its a compact 34-50. Cassette is 25 or 27? You need to make an offer before coming to view. I,m in Dublin.

I,m 5,8 Ft, 31" leg. 1 or 2" either way of that should be fine

Ok, size seems fine. Offer €1,200 subject to inspection.

    Thanks

Thanks for offer but its too low considering use and condition. I was going to list the bike slightly higher prior to seeing another ad. IMO this has nicer colour scheme. I,ll be looking 1400 or holding onto it thanks.

No prob, you're welcome. I took into account value of extra's on other Pinarello in the comparison and with wheelset and other extra's that was the difference.

I agree it's a lovely bike you have and don't want to mess anyone about, you or the other chap.

If I viewed it I might still be tempted to meet your asking.............

What sane person is going to post a legitimate offer before viewing???

One who reads and chooses to respect the forum rules/charter, I'm guessing.

    Hi,

I fully respect the spirit and letter of the rules for this forum and I appreciate from reading them what it's trying to achieve.

I am in the market for a bike like this at the moment and will be buying in next week or two (or sooner if poss).

The bike seems to fit and looks like a lovely bike (as is the other Pinarello cuurently advertised - I don't want to mess that guy about either). However I can't commit an offer without seeing/riding the bike first - I would be spending close to €1500 potentially and it would be madness to do otherwise !

Also, I will not waste peoples time by making an offer I don't intend following through on.

That's where I'm coming from so if OP wants to get in touch I'd be keen to go view the bike. If not - no harm done and thanks for reading !!!!

    Good luck.

    Consey,
I've seen your replies to both ads and for my money you've been absolutely upfront in your dealings. Don't feel the need to justify yourself to sceptics.

    Rant over

As far as i am aware, any offer, including an offer of the asking price can be made with "subject to inspection" as a caveat.
So if an item doesn't meet expectations upon viewing there is no obligation to buy.
Of course I'm open to correction on this.

Best if luck to all involved, beautiful bike!
