You already know the answer to the question you're asking!

I bet you my soul she will gain a lot of weight back when she physically cannot stop herself from mauling down food soon

How much of that would be body fat I wonder. No doubt there would be significant muscle loss with that little food

thats sounds just awful! must have being starving! :O
thats deffo not healthy but you could always try maple syrup diet which sounds somewhat the same... living on liquids!
31 pounds sound very tempting but she deffo will gain it back ! or atleast most of it!

It is physically impossible to lose 31 pounds of fat in 20 days. That's burning 2000 cals a day ON TOP of eating nothing.

    I'm calling bull****.

Water weight would be 8lb max, how many calories in a pound of muscle? I'm guessing if it's protein =454g = 1816 cals (if that..)

    Just for giggles:

Even if a whole 10lb was water weight (which is extremely generous barring severe dehydration) it's still unrealistic.

21lb fat loss = 73,500 calorie deficit ()

Max calorie deficit for 20 days assuming a generous daily expenditure of 2,500 (very unrealistic when you factor in that metabolism drops off pretty quickly when starving) = 50,000

I suppose the body might canabilise about 100g of protein per day including the minimum needed to meet glucose needs via gluconeogenesis. = 2kg of protein = ~5lb which you then have to take off the original fat total.

    Water: 10lb
    Fat: 16lb
    Protein: 5lb

= 64,000 which is much more than 50,000.

    QED bull****.
