Probably not what you're looking for but a PS3 can use Netflix and its a Bluray player too. According to Unblock US you can manually set the DNS on the PS3 so could use their service to access the US version of Netflix http://support.unblock-us.com/customer/portal/articles/291530

Don't know of any Netflix-enabled Blu-ray players (Netflix is too new on this side of the pond). The Oppo 93-EU Blu-ray player is Netflix enabled in the US but not in Europe. A firmware update will probably resolve that at some point though.

You can also stream Netflix through an Xbox if you have one, though you do need to pay for an Xbox Gold Live account as well.

Thanks lads. I'm more looking for a player than a gaming console. Are there any players you can order online that would work and be region free?

From what I have read the lg bd670 works with netflix in the UK & Ireland. I have yet to find any others that are confirmed working.

I'm also on the look out for a cheap blu-ray/netflix player. Haven't had any luck so far :-/
