    hello ,

The hot tap in the kitchen sink was dripping so I changed tap washer. Was fine for a few days then little by little the flow decreased to almost nothing over the course of a few days. Dont know if the 2 are connected or not? Could it be air somewhere? Ideas?

    tks

Was the washer a push on type or held in place with a small nut ?

They can be slightly too big for the seating and tend then to come off when turned off, this leaves them on the seating with only the small hole to pass water, pop the tap back off and see if the washer is still there, if not check the seating, if its there take it out and give it a bit of a trim with a stanley knife, refit and try again.
