Odour from washing machine outflow

My washing machine outflow is connected to a 32mm(35mm??) waste pipe which runs the length of the kitchen into the 4" waste.

The fall on the 32mm pipe isn't great which leads to the occasional bad smell. Is there some sort of seal attachment I can get for the 32mm pipe where the washing machine outflow pipes goes into it?

Or get a Hepvo seal. Easy to fit, better than traditional water trap shown IMO and 100% effective.

It should have a trap before it goes out but if not then blank off the top and connect one of these available in most plumbers.
