Soy sauce I suppose would be a good bet. For everything else, I have either mustard or ketchup! Mustard is so nice but not bad for you either.

The healthiest sauces are the ones you make yourself.
For bolognaise sauces you can use Pasata (crushed tomatoes) as a base. This can be picked up in the supermarket. The Bunalun stuff is Irish organic and it's chaper than other brands, a large jar (680gms) is 1.59 in dunnes and superquinn, I haven't seen it in tesco in a while.
You can use some dried herbs to flavour it if you don't have fresh ones.

A really great stir fry sauce I use all the time and is really quick, just put the following ingredients in a blender and whizz up.
1/2 inch of fresh ginger ( chopped)
    Small chili (deseeded and chopped)
A couple of cloves of garlic ( chopped)
A red bell pepper ( chopped)
A teaspoon of honey, if you need to you can use sugar as a substitute
    A teaspoon of ketchup
Some Pasata or a can of chopped tomatoes or a some chopped fresh tomatoes with a little water.

Franks hot sauce has no calories, carbs, fat or...well... anything, yet it tastes awesome in all foods :D
