used car price lists in dealers?

I visited three dealers this morning and the biggest one told me they don't keep a hard copy of the price list for their used cars. The receptionist told me she'd be happy to have a salesman talk to me...just what I wanted to avoid. Anyway, how common is it for dealers not to keep hard copies of their price list for used…

Anyway, how common is it for dealers not to keep hard copies of their price list for used cars? Personally I wasn't impressed with it so I left.

None of the dealers disclosed mileage information, I'm sure if you queried a particular they would tell you but still, it's annoying!

We used to always have stock lists, but thinking of it, taking away the price list is a good excuse not to commit to buying something.
