    Have exchanged a few mails and he seems nice a nice fellow and he has a confirmed paypal address.
    Have sent him mail to see whats after happening.

    I think buyer should be ok to deal with but send them the mail you got and ask them to complete payment, just make sure if he/she pays by echeck again you wait till it's confirmed in your account. Also maybe allow them to pay with Postal order, if they offer to send bank draft be careful as lots of scams with them. Make sure you post by register mail so they need to sign when they receive it.

    He mailed me on Saturday, and send money by Paypal. So I'm gonna take a chance on him and send it on.

    To be on safe side ship the address in Paypal, also maybe check the address matches his ebay address (if you got that)
