Hey, anyone know of any shops selling gamecube games for decent prices, be they pre owned or new around dublin or south east of Ireland? Just looking to get a few games as I recently just found my GC after like 5 years, and would like to try around Ireland for games before amazon etc.

    cheers

Cheers! If anyone else reading this knows the name, be sure to let me know as Id like to give them a ring and check the prices and what they have for the gamecube before I travel up.

The name of the Retro Shop is The Rage. I only paid a visit myself recently for the first time and bought a Gamecube to allow me to play my collection of games. Worth a visit but no harm in checking out their page on Facebook to see whats in stock.

Pretty much just the best games for the gamecube. Stuff like Mario Kart, Super Mario Sunshine, Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes, Super Monkey Ball 2, Timesplitters 2, Paper Mario, Metroid Prime, Soul Caliber 2, Wave Race, Resi Evil 4, and am also looking to get a few of the WWE wrestling games for nostalgia pretty much.

Those would be the main ones id be after anyways.

I may be able to sort you out for a few of them if you're willing to wait a week or two. PM me if you're interested.

Can't remember what it's called, but that street just up from Liffy Street but not as far as Henry Street...

Anyway, theres a second shot there that sells everything, in the Wii games section theres a few GC games, Pikmin, Metroid Prime 2 Echoes, Resident Evil 4, Mario Strikers/Power Tennis. Probably not the games your looking for. I'd like to track down a copy of Luigis Mansion, the first Metroid Prime and Pikmin 2 myself.

Cool will check that store out possibly. I was in one of the CEX stores a few months back in manchester and saw that they had a few gamecube games but they were all about £10 or £15 which I thought was VERY expensive.

It's worth checking out Ebay on games that are ending soon. Got a few PS1 games for 1c that way. Postage from UK is usually about €3-5 depending on the seller though. If you think the game you want is worth the postage, then go ahead and bid for it. :D
