Can I get some help with my diet?

    If anyone here could help me out with making out a weekly diet for myself, I would really appreciate it. I've asked at my gym but they've blown me off twice now so I'm hoping someone here can help me through it. I'm kinda struggling to reach my required protein amount, and reducing calories, while also having some variety in what I eat.

    What are your goals, what are your stats, what are you eating now, what is your age and gender and activity level?

    Goals:
    Mainly weight loss at the moment. Increasing fitness and strength.

    Stats:
    20 year old male. College student. Weighed in at 194lbs this morning. I'm somewhere in the region of 20 - 25 on the BMI scale. Just under 6ft tall.

    Exercise:
    Just starting out on this program.

    Diet:
    Just working on cutting out the crap at the moment, and adding more fruit and veg. Want to increase my protein intake to suit the demands of my program.

    Food:
    Average day in the last week:
    Breakfast - Usually try to have eggs. This morning I had a 3 egg omelet with red pepper, red onion, and cheese.

    Lunch - Chicken wrap with lettuce, mayo, red pepper, red onion, sweetcorn and cheese.

    Dinner - Meat & mixed veg. Usually chicken, steak, or fish. Sometimes I'll also have potatoes.

    Snacks - I try to have at least 1 piece of fruit.

    Others - I usually have 3 or 4 cups of black coffee every day. At least 1L of water.

    I'm not picky when it comes to food. I'll eat pretty much anything. I don't like tomatoes. That's about it I think.
