We receive our payslips by email to our work email address. The payslips are received as an attachment to an email and are not password protected.

We also have an out of work access tool which means that you can access your emails from anywhere. On the downside it also means that someone who may be aware of your username and password can also access your emails and thus access your payslips (assuming you haven't deleted them or they see the email before you do).

I'm wondering is there any way the payslips can be securely emailed? I'm in favour of receiving payslips by email I'd just like a higher level of security. If the attachments were password protected then it would be possible to have a unique password for payslips.

I assume the payslips are sent automatically at the click of a mouse as opposed to individually emailed.

    Any suggestions?
