What are the requirements to be a secondary school teacher?

I'm in 3rd year now, so I don't need too much detail, there's more or less nothing stopping me from getting an A in the higher level Geography and English papers in the Junior Cert, as I enjoy both subjects quite a lot I feel it'll be the same in the Leaving Cert.
However, I don't do French or German due to having difficulty with foreign languages and I don't think I'll do too well in Irish at Leaving Cert either, I highly doubt I'll do higher in that.
And for Junior Cert I won't be doing many subjects in higher level(probably only English, Geography, Science and Religion) due to my level of maturity being rather low in first and second year, resulting in me doing quite poorly, however, now, I feel I'd be capable at doing higher in everything bar Irish and maybe Maths had I been mature in 1st and 2nd year, so I think that may change for Leaving Cert.
I haven't totally made up my mind for a career path, but being a secondary school teacher, teaching Geography and English is something that has crossed my mind.

    TL;DR
I don't do French or German, my Irish isn't that good, I may not get a huge amount of points in Leaving Cert, though I think I'll get at least a low A in the two subjects I want to teach, English and Geography, would it be a possibility for me to become a secondary school teacher?

    1) Ask your career guidance counsellor
    2) For secondary, you need to get enough points for a course such as arts or science in the subjects you like and that also satisfy the teaching council (look up their website)
    3) Once you get the points and into the course, you don't need to worry about languages
    4) there are some specialist teaching training courses which means you don't have to do the PDGE after your degree to be a qualified teacher.
    5) 3rd years should be sound asleep by 2:30am!

Don't worry too much about your JC results - I don't mean don't do any work, I mean that in the long run it won't make too much difference. You will need a good LC though, and As in just two subjects will not be enough if you do badly in the rest.

If you feel you have matured why not repeat a year? Though I agree with the last poster, at 2.30am mid week you should be asleep.
