Interesting little timepiece.

    Came across this today. Without knowing what it was I guessed that it might be a ladies purse watch. I was right. I think it's from the 40's and is still working. Interesting little feature is the fact when you close it it winds itself.

    :eek: NIce. Did you buy it? Movado are a cool maker with some very interesting watches in their history. I've had a couple of their wristwatches go through my hands in my time.

    Its actually a friend of mines watch. He was left it in a will and he is not a collector. There was a couple other not so interesting watches but this one caught my eye.
