Do you know who you sold in to?

If no then you may have to get a solicitor to draw you up an affidavit to say you defo sold it.

We fill out logbook and he keep it.
He said need logbook to buy tax.

Happened to me before. You need to ring Shannon transport office on (061) 365000 and let them know. They will post a form to you so you can declare that you are no longer the owner of wehicle. Send one copy to eflow as well. I suggest you keep few copies of the form.

How can it be racist? If he is a Gypsy , then thats what he is. It's calling him an f****** Gypsy thats objectionable I'd say

    Hi John,
i've sold my previous car on 29th june 2015 and when i gave the logbook to new owner to sign it, he gave me the amount of the car and when i finish counting the amount i forgot to collect back the logbook from him and after few minutes later i call him and he replied that he will send it to shannon but till today the car is on my name and i'm receiving the eflow penalties. I already send a declaration to shannon attested by my solictor which was told by them to do it. Can you please help me in this regard.thanks

Account's closed, you wont get a reply. Best bet is to contact eflow customer service.

As said, contact eflow, and you have already contacted Shannon. That should sort things out.
