The Virginia 300 is a fairly flat 300 heading out through north Dublin up to Carrickmacross then southwest through the lakelands of Cavan to Mullingar and a straight shot back home. It hasn't been run in a couple of years - sadly TinyExplosions' blog seems to have vanished taking his report of the day with it but there are a few details towards the end of this thread. I had mainly put this one in the calendar as a warm-up for anyone planning on doing the Fleche but I already have four entries so maybe we'll have a decent posse. It should be a pretty easy introduction to the longer rides, with simple navigation.
