    Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the main Irish banks as to how they deal with tracker interest only residential investment mortgages going onto capital & interest?
Obviously the mortgages are in major negative equity.
    Any info much appreciated.

I dont understand exactly. Are you on interest only and want to go onto C&I or are you contractually due to go onto C&I and want to stay on interest only?
