In relation to advertising where could I find out a percentage of English speakers (and more importantly those who can read English) for the following countries:

Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Italy, Spain, Morocco, South Africa, Portugal, France, Luxembourg or Belgium.
