    My laptop had to get repaired and was sent to England. I was giving a tracking order with Knowhow. It says the item is despatching and the delivery date will be today? Do you think I should call down to the shop today to collect the laptop?

    Phone the shop if you can, if it's a PCworld or Curry's you wont be able to get in touch with the shop, but goodluck getting a straight answer from their customer care line all the same.

    I'm after getting a text from KNOWHOW saying hi thanks for dropping your product off in store and gave me a new repair ref? When I track the new repair number it says the repair is underway and it says the order date is today and I'll not have the laptop til Friday. I put in the initial repair number and its saying despatched and it'll be back today wtf!

    I'm at work atm but i'd imagine my laptop is back in the shop now and its just a Knowhow error?

    I fail to see how this relates to Online buying or auctions. You need to contact the retailer to find out what's happening, no one else can tell you what those messages mean.
