    Hi All,

Need some help sourcing supplies for a Fondue party this weekend. Anyone know anywhere in Dublin that stocks such things as the fuel for the fire, stock etc

The oriental emporium at the jervis luas has the right cuts of meat.

are you looking for gel fuel for a specific fondue set? otherwise go to a camping store and get a little gas stove. you don't really need anything else if you're doing a fondue bourguignonne (meat fondue).

I think that the OP is having a fondue chinoise where the meat/veg is cooked in stock. Fondue bourguignonne uses oil for the cooking process.
