Came down with rotton cold in November & every couple wks since then it flares up, stuffed head & nose - chesty cough.
Fill myself full of vitamins, eat a good diet & get plenty of exercise..

is there any point in going to the doc ?

could be allergies, thats why its reocurring, stopping and starting. but best to get it checked out. i was sick like that would feel better than relapse, turned out I phenomia and you can feel ok one wk. and in bits the next, not saying you have that but I remember thinking I'm nerver going to let myself get like this again, in future i am heading to the dr.

also try taking a course of Eninaforce forte.

did you try resting a week or two until it clears up completely? or maybe see a doc, especially if it's chest infection...

That's the only advice that can be given here I'm afraid when the issue is medical in nature. Best of luck.
