UHF ariel in sout Laois

Hi,

I have a question please, will i be able to pick up the saorview signal with a UHF ariel in south laois?

After some research i beleive iit is possible to pick up digital signals with a UHF ariel but all dependent on location, i seen over some time on here a lot of people are well up to speed on signal strengths & where they are broadcast from etc.

I am in rathdowney in south laois, any assistance appreciated.

Saorview is showing up for Kilduff Ch 52
A UHF Wideband aerial should be fine.

You should check your location on the above link as some locations in the area are in the colour pink and may not have a service till October 2012.

One more thing, the directions for the ariel on the map, west 269 polarization H, what do i have to do to find out how to position it correctly?
