I don't know what he is saying but I love that ad.

I love the expression on the studenty guy's face as he tries to decipher it.

Is it online yet , eg YouTube ?
I'd love to send it on to my brother abroad for the laughs.
Reminds me of my days in Cork where I had to change in Limerick Junction or some other godforsaken station.

I was on the train from Cobh to Cork and an announcer who sounded just like that came on .There were some American tourists sitting in front of me and they were looking at each other saying what did he just say?

It's definitely in Ireland, can't remember exactly where.

I'll ask for this to be put online.

I'm almost certain that it's Kilcoole.

I'm pretty sure that even what the announcer is saying is meant to be gibberish even without the static. At the end you can hear he's clearly saying a time (like 13:45) and then tacking on a "seven" immediately afterwards so it makes no sense.

He is saying "Meteor are the network that give free stuff to people you hate, why on earth would you give Meteor any money then?"
