How do you build a longterm workout ?

I did ss and i'm now just tipping away doing deadlifts and squats every week and switching from overhead press
to bb rows every few weeks.
I do intervals (1min fast/30secs recovery) twice a week and a long easy jog once a week.

Is there anything wrong with doing this long term?

The first question to ask is what is your long term objective? And then: what age are you? How often can you train, etc.
