Handbrake and Windows 7

    I've got an iMac and Handbrake works perfectly on OSx. However, my niece's PC version just sticks. Creates a 5kb file and calves after a few minutes.

    I tried it on the Windows side of the Mac and it's the exact same.

    Windows 7 on both machines.

    Any ideas?

    Have you tried converting another file with it? Sounds like Handbrake can't read the file for some reason!
