Hi Al Does anybody grow their own kefir here. I have been looking on youtube and the net and a bit confused between kefir grains and kefir starter kit. If somebody grows their own and is willing to share I'd happily cover expenses. Thanks Timsey

never heard of it before, out of interest are you using milk or a milk substitute and what are you using the kefir to make? Just trying to understand the relation to the vegan and veggie forum.
