hello and thanks for reading my post.
im new to this sorta thing so im not gonna know much or the slang talk etc on the web so go easy on me!!.
but my situation is simple. im a single father who is sadly no longer with my childs expectant mother. i work full time and earn 450 per week have a mortgage of 1250 per month so i can only pay 35 per week on child maintenance.wish i cud pay more but cant. last year we tried getting back to but after a few weeks its was evident our problems are beyond resolving. unfortunaly during this time birth control failed and now baby number two is on the way. im hoping to pay more child maintenance by making the nescessary cuts where ever that is possible so my kids can have a better means as my ex is not workin and only claimimg social welfare,
my question is this i already claim a tax credit for my child but can you get a further tax credit for second children etc?
im hoping to use this extra money on my children.

thanks people and sorry about the long essasy but id like ye know the facts to help get the best answer.

    killian

Sorry, you only get the one credit. It does not matter how many children are involved.
