Absolutely minuscule screen. 2.55 inches when the good phones these days are 4.3 inches or bigger. I wouldn't go recommending it.

3 inch on this one. Youre thinking of the X10 mini.
Tbh for the price its a good phone for people who dont want something that big

yes as I said it's the 2011 model - not the x10. it's pretty usable imo. bought one for my mum. unlock a bit tricky as there wasn't a lot of good info on the net but I can go through it if anyone wants to know.

some people want a small form factor.

My bad. The 2.55 inch one is just a poor experience of android though.

A galaxy Europa is around €40-€49 these days too IIRC.

true. but it has nowhere near the specs of the xperia mini.

    5mp camera, hd video.
    android 2.3
    1ghz proc.
    flash support

    it's a very fast & responsive phone.

Very bad reviews with overheating and screen probs. Nice package for the money but a bit risky.

    I've seen good reviews...
in fact, it's one of the top rated phones on techradar, which is very reputable and comprehensive for phone reviews.

doubt that over-heating affects every phone and would be apparent pretty quickly so you could return - wouldn't let that put off buyers.

I had the mini for 2 months and I couldn't live with that eye straining 3" screen. It was a killer! Strange reboot issues and phone got very hot which worried me a lot.
Now I got a HTC desire with 3.7" screen and its a world of differance.
