Sky+ HD Box 'No Signal' Error no. 28

I'm getting the above error on my box , only on BBC HD and BBC one HD , I've switched box's and dont get the error on the other one . Any ideas or is it a nwe box I need ?? Been through all the usual procedures .

Error 28 means No Signal,check all the connections to the box.As you say there's no problem when you connect a different box so you could have a fault with the box.

To get a free replacement ring Sky and threaten to cancel;)
