When to take Protein Supplement

    Hey Guys,

    Just looking for the best advice on when to take supplements.

    The supplements in question are Whey Protein, Casein Protein and a Mass Gainer. The aim is too bulk up and put on the Kgs.

    What i had in mind was:

    Mass with breakfast.
    Whey straight after workout & between long absence of a meal.
    Casein before bed.

    Is this right or do i need to take a step back?

    Any advice is greatly appreciated :)
