    Hello all,

Was just hoping someone might be able to provide me a solution to a problem that I'm going to have on the 27th of this month (monday)

Im going to a concert in the O2 that evening and I would like to be able to make it back to Maynooth that night, now I'm not sure when the gig will be over at, but if it finishes late, then the last train to Maynooth from Connolly is 23:17 and the last Dublin Bus is 23:20.

Is there any other bus service which operates to Maynooth after these times, a friend of mine mentioned a service by Bus Eireann but I couldn't find anything about that on their website.

    Regards,

    LD.

The Bus Eireann buses are the Mullingar and Sligo buses. The last ones leave around 9pm.

Taxis would be your only option after the last bus/train. Or get a cheap hostel.

The gig will probably end between 22:30 and 22:45. That'll give you enough time to catch a bus/train.

    There's a minorly later 67 - as in a few minutes - from memory.

Otherwise head down along the Quays to the Civic Offices or so and your taxi should be under €40.

Do none of the many provincial buses that serve Dublin Airport stop at Maynooth?

It's ironic that after 11:30pm it's easier and cheaper to get to Galway than it is to get to Maynooth.

Some of them do stop here but only for Westbound collections / Eastbound dropoffs.
