I just had my house externally insullated and had vents installed in each room. In 2 bedrooms I would like the vents sound proofed. Someone mentioned to me you can get internal sound proofing cover for it. Does anyone know where I can get this
Also would there be much heat loss through the vents and is there a way to prevent this.

source is wind mainly. street is kinda busy outside too. he hasnt put inside cover on vent yet so should improve then. but not sure it will fully block out noise.
