    i need some help finding a decent counsellor please, i need to speak to someone about trust and insecurity issues mostly stemming from my childhood, im based in dublin north, any help much appreciated

    Your GP really has to be the first port of call in these situations. They can recommend you a counsellor and tell you what to expect etc. Plus they can recommend a counsellor that specialises in the areas that you seek help in.
