Hi Is anyone a member of Yourfitness Gym in Deansgrange in Dublin or used the personal training service there. If so would be keen to your comments. Have a consultation soon as I am thinking of using the personal training service for a few sessions and then going to the classes -

Hey,

I did a few weeks out there, before going away, with Vinny Gough, hes a personal trainer out there. He was really nice and gave me loads of tips on nutritional stuff too, coz i didnt have a clue!! lol! think his website is vinnygough.com
