    Good afternoon,
    since yesterday also the irish trasponder on astra 2d moved to 1N.
    I live in Rome and it looks like we are now able to receive it with good quality.

    My wife is irish and of course we have relatives in Ireland so I wonder if there is a way I can get some viewing card for the irish channel and make it work
    here ? it would be great for her. (I have an AZBOX receiver)

    As far as I'm aware the only way you can get it on that satellite is via Sky - http://www.sky.com/ireland/

    RTE et al should be available on the basic package, you will however need an Irish address for it.
