Missing channels

Using an old pace sky box with a sky ftv card (london), recently no longer getting pick tv or sony tv channels. Previously had these, now get message not correct viewing card when I try to view either of these. Are they no longer ftv.

according to here they are encrypted.

if you have a freesat from sky card you should get these extra

Channel 5 HD
LFC TV
Motors TV
Pick TV
Pick TV +1
Sony Entertainment Television
Sony Entertainment Television +1
Viva

Are you using a Blue card? If so then you need a White one to continue to receive those FTV (not FTA) channels.

Previously got all these except C5 hd, now only getting LFC Tv

Have been using a white card, got directly from sky about 18 months ago.

Sounds like you've missed the keepalive signal, leave it on one of the channels your card normally clears overnight and make sure the box is left on.

anybody know if leaving it on actually works?
my problem is i bought one of these white cards for lfctv. it all worked great for about a year. i unplugged my box when i was moving and it was left out for several months. now it says wrong card on lfctv and sony tv.
Any help would be great

just an update on this one. it was in all day yesterday not even 24hr yet so ill leave it a while longer. just to note though all the channels like 5* and utvs+ etc work perfect.the only channels gone are lfctv and the sony channels.

Because they are the scrambled ones, it can take up to 72 hours to receive the signal.

hi again,
so i woke up this morning and switched from sky news ( which is what i left it on) to lfctv and it worked. for 10 mins then went back to the old message. any ideas?

Take out the card, wipe the gold bit and then put it back in again.

ok just to leave an update for anyone in the future. as people keep saying "be patient".
i just left it alone for couple days and it came back on its own. patchy at first on off for few mins here and there which was weird but perfect now.
