Can anyone tell me what I should do if I want to make a complaint regarding a competition I won?

In short, they are not fulfilling their end of the competition rules.

    Thanks

Generally you'll need to take it up with the promoter or hire a solicitor.

What sort of competition is it?

The promoters are not helpful either, they see it as "we done the competition, its over, goodbye"

It was related to a Holiday

Contact a local/national (delete as appropriate) newspaper, would make an interesting story and terrible PR.

It really does depend on the competition - there are plenty of scam competitions out there. Many 'holiday' competitions end up being time share selling scams. You could find you have to fulfill all kinds of dodgy stuff to actually use the prize.
