Little Caesars Terenure! Need to find owners details

    Hi All,

    Little Caesars in Terenure has been closed for a number of months. My other half is interested in looking at potentially leasing the premises. Problem is we cant find any details at all, its not with an estate agent & have tried local business's with no joy.

    Any idea how to find out who owns the building?

    There's some list of property owners, seen it listed before on a thread, probably stamp office or something.
    Other way would be tracking the owner of the closed business, they might still have landlords number. Company reg office for that.

    Try thoms commercial directory..they should have the owner's names.

    its already let to a local eaterie, it just hasnt been renovated yet

    Vision net should be able to help you get directors names and addresses. Land registry also may give the owners of the premises as it probably aint owned by the restaurant.

    It hasn't been let. Owner looking for 50k key money no negotiation at all.
