Facebook - Is there a way to find out who set up a "like" page

    Just wondering if theres a way to find out the person that set up pages on facebook. The ones that you click like on. A friend has had Nigerians adding them as friends since they set up a page but isn't sure how they can tell their real profile

    Do they have themselves listed as a page admin.

    You can set up a Like box for any page you want (like the one you might see on a website). The like box will show you some of the people people who Like the page.

    Surely they wouldn't be accepting friend invites from people they don't know?

    Their details aren't anywhere on the facebook page. Can't see anywhere you can see a list of people that like the page either as their first name would be available is all.

    Their not accepting the requests but their just wondering how their getting more requests from Nigerians now

    Go here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like-box/

    Put in the page name and widen it out to, say, 600 pixels x 600 pixels.

    Start clicking on the people. If it's a relatively new page there's probably not that many friends.

    I'm an admin on quite a few pages and I can't say I've had many new foreign friend invites.

    Could they be using a spammy app?
