Hi Im hoping someone can help me! Im looking for a good but reasonably priced treadmill. I know running outside is better but Im pretty unfit and also have a full time job and a young baby. Can anyone point me in the direction of a decent but affordable treadmill. Things to look out for, specs it should have etc.
    It'd be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Put the baby in the buggy and go for a fast paced walk. Treadmills are expensive, use electricity and there's no scenery.

I know but by the time i get in from work it's almost her bedtime so i like to spend that time playing with her. When she's in bed id like to exercise but it has to be in the home. I walk a lot at the weekends with her but i find I can do very little on weekdays.

The things to look out for are the horse power of the motor - high as you can afford. Max speed it can do - should be over 14kph so you can run on it as you get fitter. Does it fold up? Warranty etc.
Keep an eye on adverts.ie and liquidatior websites as there are normally a few on there.
