this may sound like a silly question but I'm interested in buying some BOI shares. As I have a current account with BOI why can't I simply walk into a branch and ask to buy some of their shares? Or is the only way through a stockbroker such as Davey or Fexco?

    Hi OP.

Not sure about BOI but I've previously gone into AIB and bought ISEQ listed shares so I imagine you can do it in a BOI branch.
