groin pain

    just got small adjustment done to saddle height( raised a little on advice from bike fitter where I purchased bike ) and have developed slight pain in groin since,pain not forcing me to stop on bike but bit niggly all the same,what best course of action .

    See a doctor/physio.

    After that, workout and make your glutes work more.

    The bike shop fit was probably ball park...just lower if that's what was working for you.
