    Hi

    Was considering buying one of these as a daily wearer ...and beater upper.

    What are peoples opinions of them. There is something interesting about them but at the same time something is putting me off

    Some of the new ones look quite nice. Not a bad choice for a daily but do people actually have dailys anymore? I tend to wear something different every couple of days. LOL

    That black dial is niiiice B. And I generally aren't so enamoured of recent TAG styles, but me likey I have to say. Like how the chrono pushers integrate with the crown guards. And like the bezel(Sorry P :o:)) Is it me or wouldn't the white dial not look far better with solid black hands? They look kinda lost to me.

    I agree with you on the daily wearer, though my rotation tends to be long enough. Couple o weeks anyway. I'm liking the smaller size at the mo.

    I know what ya mean...I tend to wear one to match clothes...

    If I have say Brown cords and beige shirt will wear a cream faced dial, Black trousers with a black dial etc..

    Will look at them a bit more and maybe try one on.

    May go for a used Link instead

    I like the F1s (especially that Gulf one), but to me they look inexpensive so I find the price they cost completely ridiculous. There are far better watches in this price range and I would agree that a used Link or (or even Aquaracer) would be a better bet if you're dead set on a Tag.
