I would not reccomend ebay for a RAM upgrade, if a module arrives doa (I only recently had one DOA) sending it back may be awkward. I'd reccomend www.memoryc.ie. Your looking for DDR 2700 RAM (NOT DDR2), look here

Samsung are a good brand, but even good brands have duds. I had to send back RAM to memoryc last week, an upgrade I got for my dads computer. I think RAM is one of the more "dodgy" components for arriving doa. So I'd reccomend choosing a Irish supplier or a well known UK company, not some person on ebay.
"High Density" is just marketing blurb, all RAM is pritty much the same, some sticks overclock better than others, doubt that will be of interest in your case anyways!
