HD channels on a normal tv

    Hi guys,
    If I use a combo box with a bog standard old tube tv, what do the HD channels appear like? Would I even get a picture?

    You will get a SD (standard definition) picture. It might be sharper because it is downsampled, but you will get a picture.

    Wasn't too sure what I would get. Cost minimisation is the name of the game.
