    Hi,

I got the phone from amazon yesterday.
    It's a dual sim android.
No matter what meteor or vodafone do,they cannot get data working on the phone.
    It's supposed to be a 3 g phone [viewsonic v350].

It was for to have data mainly on one sim and calls for work on the other that I wanted the phone and it's description says it does this but in reality it doesn't.

It was delivered yesterday so can I just send it back for a refund?

It works for calls and texts on both sims, just not data which I think you'll agree makes the android part of it,it's selling point, completely useless!

Thats a reasonable reason for the return isn't it?

But also don't I legally have 7 days or is it 14 days to return it?
I'll send it back today pending the answer I get here.

    Thanks a million :)

Just to add , it was amazon.co.uk

I'm on my mobile now so I can't post a link but The Amazon usually send a courier to pick up an item.

Go to your Amazon account and click returns /refunds option to start a claim.

Out of curiosity, did you buy your phone from Amazon. UK directly or from Marketplace sellers?

Directly from amazon, does that make a difference?
Going into a meteor store tomorrow as a last resort,to see if they can get the web going.
WiFi works just not 3g even when putting in the apn settings.
    Sigh

If you purchased an item from Marketsellers then you have to deal with them directly if trying to get a refund or have an item returned.

Did you contact The Amazon customer service about your issue?
